Purchase the DNA test or tests you need before submitting your sample information.

Complete the DNA sample submission form below using your order and bird information.

Receive Mailing Instructions

After submitting your order information, you will receive the mailing instructions.

Collect & Mail Your Sample

Collect a small blood sample on a clean triangular piece of coffee filter, allow it to dry, and mail it using the instructions provided.

View Your Results

Once testing is complete, you’ll receive an email letting you know your results are ready to view in your DNA Test Results Portal.

Bird Samples

Add birds individually, or use Bulk Add when several birds share the same species, breed, sample type, and tests.

Enter the shared information once. We will create the bird cards for you, and you can enter each bird's individual ID below.
